How do we proceed?
You send¹ us your reservation, along with any extra request;
we send² you the precise amount for your stay;
you eventually send³ us a reservation deposit;
1 or 2 days before you arrival you will cofirm² it to us & we send you the exact address;
at your arrival day, we meet (or we pick you up if you requested it) & you check-in (12 AM unless differently agreed);
at check-in time: - we have you sign an agreement on all the points of this page; - you specify days & hours for maid service; - you do your payment plus eventual deposit;
you enjoy your stay & communicate with us in case of any question or problem;
at your departure day, we meet & you check-out (12 AM unless differently agreed).

Accommodation & Pick-up transport. If you requested it, we will pick you up at the agreed time & place. You will be accommodated for the reserved period. You will be given maximun 2 pair of keys for which you are responsible.
Bed Linen We will provide bed linen (100% quality cotton and modern design, mostly with uniform light colors) following your beds request in you reservation. We provide pillows with both natural down+fether filling and synthetic hypoallergenic filling. In any case no more than 1 set per accommodated person. In case of unremovable stain to any peice of the set, the full bedding set must be refunded by an amount of 50 Euro.
Towels We will provide one set of towels (100% quality cotton, white or uniform light colors) for accommodated person; for any extra set we will charge you 2 Euro per towel change. One set is composed of 1 big towel + 1 medium towel or 1 big towel + 2 small towels.
Kitchen & bath supplies We include the following supplies sufficient at least for the initial period of stay: liquid soap for body, hygenic toilet paper, detergent for dishes, sugar & oil & salt for cooking, Italian coffee maker (moka) or filter coffee maker (electric) along with ground coffee! The kitchen is supplied with quality cuttlery, dishes, pots & pans, glasses, can & bottle openers.
House cleaning/maid service/laundry & ironing At the time of your accommodation you will have to specify your request for house cleaning or maid service: days/hours for the cleaning. We provide without any extra charge 1 cleaning every 3 days and 1 towel & bedding change per week. Additional cleanings are charged 5 Euro each, additional towel & linen change 5 Euro each. Laundry and/or ironing is provided for extra charges of 5 Euro each. | Methods of payment The payment can be done either cash or by electronic money transfer (so-called 'wire payment') to one of our bank accounts. To minimize your wire payment expenses we can provide you accounts even out of Romania, that is in a North American and European (EEU) financial institution³.
³- if you have an account in a European country part of EEU wire payments to banks in any other EEU country is charged by your bank the same as if the other bank was in the same country as yours. | | What & when you pay? |
Reservation deposit Reservations are fixed only after that we receive a deposit of 20% of the due amount for the requested period with a minimun of 50 Euro deposit.
Payment The full payment (up to 14 days of stay) must be done at the entrance of the guest(s) in the apartment. If you reserved for more than 14 days, you do the remaining payments every 14 days.
Safety deposits & discount deposit
In case of discounts due to a stay longer than 14 days, you must leave a safety deposit at the time of the first payment an it will be deducted from the last payment you will do. This safety deposit amount will be the difference between the discounted and regular daily rates multiplied by 14;
for a stay longer than 14 days or more than 2 persons per apartment, you must leave a safe deposit of 100 Euro as material damages and stay advanced termination guarantee.
Damages You will be held responsible for any material damage as a guaratee we will claim a safe deposit at your entrance in case of stay longer than 14 days or more than 2 accommodated persons per apartment (see 'Safety deposits' section). Refund charges:
lost keys are charged 2 Euro for the building entrance key and 10 Euro for the apartment entrance key;
tough or abundant stains to sofa will be charged 50 Euro;
tough or abundant stains to walls will be charged 50 Euro per room;
broken glasses or dishes will be charged 2 Euro each, burned pans 10 Euro each;
broken internal door will be charged 200 Euro each; damages to other furniture, windows and sanitary will be evaluated by us at any occurence.
